Speciality Fine Food Fair 2024

The Speciality Fine Food Fair 2024, a trade exhibition of fine foods, wines and spirits, was held on 10-11 September at Olympia Events (formerly Olympia Exhibition Centre), London. Here are some are my favourite scenes from the Fair. Product details are given after the gallery slideshow.

Hampton Court Gin
Award-winning, boutique craft spirits from Richmond upon Thames. Inspired by the culture of Hampton Court including Henry VIII and his six wives. Products include ‘The Six Wives’ gin, Lord of Misrule’ gin and ‘The Father of the Fleet’ a spiced rum.

Golden Road Dry Gin
Global Gin Masters Gold medal winner and Great Taste Award. Exceptional quality botanicals including basil resulting in an elegant and delicate ‘basil flavoured’ gin. Distilled in a small scale, family owned distillery in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales.

Polarity Gin
Two opposing style of Polarity gin ‘Bitter -Sweet’ and ‘Black-Light’.

Afrique Vodka
Afrique Vodka blends carefully curated tropical fruits including exciting flavour mangoes and vibrant papayas. Departing from tradition of wheat bases, it uses sugar beet for an exceptionally smooth finish to create a taste of Africa.

Incognito Spirit Company
A range of rums curated from the finest Caribbean blends. Vodkas and gins distilled by expert artisans at their distillery in the heart of Hampshire.

Loveday Craft Spirits
The only British, organic certified, made-from-scratch rum producer in the UK. Achieving a full house of gold awards from the ‘Taste of the West’, and stars from ‘The Great Taste Awards’ – an interesting range of craft spirits

Daiyame Hamada Syuzou
This traditional Japanese distilled spirit has been made with sweet potato and koji, using a special ‘kojuku’ method unique to the production of Daiyame shochu.

MK Trading
A range of Japanese single malt whiskies from Kishu-komano distillery.

Monsay Kimoto Junmai
This premium sake brand has a very rich and full-bodied umami flavor profile. This terroir sake is produced using clear and cool underground waters from Japan’s Northern Alps, Nagano by the Japan Usui Shoten company.

Beleaev Caviar House
A premium range of Royal Baeri Caviar, Imperial Gold Caviar, Beluga Caviar and Russian Oscietra Caviar. After ageing, the caviar is packed under the strictest hygiene standards with United Kingdom quality control to high quality caviar.

Chocolat Madagascar
A company producing high quality dark chocolate created with single origin cocoa from Madagascar. This creates a bitter yet rounded chocolate with notes of red fruits.

Kirum Tea
Made from the inflorescence (flower heads) of organic Kampot pepper plants flower. KIrum herbal tea is rich in antioxidants and offers detoxifying benefits.Available flavours include ginger, jasmine, and lemongrass. Kirum also produce a range of pepper sauces as well as tea, which are authentic Khmer products from Cambodia.
